Teresa Moravek, President

Teresa Moravek’s passion for business and entrepreneurial excellence took root in her early years on the family farm. Those early experiences provided an invaluable insight to owning and operating a business, and instilled in her the values of a disciplined work ethic and an achievement-driven approach. She now brings those insights and values to bear in helping her clients establish their own pathways to success. Over the past 20 years, Teresa has worked as a trainer, coach and consultant, and has led individual and organizational change in diverse industries including healthcare, financial, manufacturing, government, and telecommunications. Prior to launching her own business, Teresa served in key leadership roles for the world’s second largest document technology company. Additionally, Teresa was instrumental in helping run two start-up companies, and she has managed organizations with as many as 300 employees.  Over the course of her career, Teresa has assisted more than 25,000 professionals  in improved workplace performance and career resiliency.
